If he was capable of shouldering the show alone then he wouldn't have been sidelined. All Anurag centered tracked flopped big time. Any track focused on AnuPre flopped big time. Isi liye kabhi Komo to kabhi Bajaj ko lana pada makers ko. AnuPre ke sahare reheta to show abhi tak bandh ho jata 😆

I usually stay away from these trp discussions but some of the comments here are just so hilarious..

Veru honestly it's unfair to claim that any one actor or actress brings trps. If that was the case, then Naveen Babu is the biggest star of kzk.

It's the storyline, the track that brings trps. And the current track is a repeat of season 1, its negative and boring. No fandom can deny it. The reason why Naveen track brought trp or komo track brought trp was because those tracks were new! Even though anu komo marriage was a repeat track, the concept of prerna claiming to be Anurag's first wife and defeating komo was enjoyed and that gave trps. People like to watch positive tracks coz that brings a feel good factor. Currently there's no feel good factor. There's no light moment in the show...

If actors could carry shows then movies of starts like aamit or shah rukh will not flop. Content is king, be it bollywood or itv. And the current content is garbage!

I completely agree with you .....

this current Bajaj Track is FLOP because of the whole negativity and ofcourse relate of season 1.

Also we should not forget Naveen and Komo Track were Hit because they showed it was AnuPre vs OThers in those . Viewers enjoyed that .... a couple against others .

But even Bajaj as a character has added nothing to the show ... like when you take such high budgeted actor something is expected from him Atleast in the intital week ..... like what Hina did in the initial week and considering Bajaj and KSG legacy more was expected from him Atleast in his initial week .

Totally... Kzk is now an established 1 year old show... It will have people who will tune in at 8 pm no matter what coz its now become their routine. Its that population that's bringing this 1.9 to 2.1 trp..only a excellent track or a very very bad track can cause any massive shifts in the trp now.. For the kind of budget kzk has, its return on investment is very bad.

@bold : I'm surprised.. I honestly thought ekta has really hit the jackpot with this casting.. But looking at the trps now, I feel she has grossly miscalculated.. It was RR and RR/St which was so loved the first time around... Moreover ekta made a massive change when she spent so much time, almost 200 episodes on showing anupre together. I don't think she or anyone else foresaw the chemistry that parth and Erica will bring... All of that together is making it difficult now for the creatives to force down bajaj and prerna down the throats of anyone who is not a fan from season 1 or ksgs fan.

Anyway mata seems determined to carry this forward so let's see where it goes...
