No one is willing to come forward to give loans to Pak but every bank is ready to give loans to India. Because they know , we could pay them bank. Waisey in Asian development bank after China we have highest shares. All the Asian countries put their money in ADB , so that they could take loans from the bank. I know this because I needed to study this part. Check out the percentage of share of India (too lazy to Google. Entertainment key liye athi Hoon yaha. Don't want to study) . Pakistan should first learn economics. If u stay this ignorant, there's no saving for your country.

If you look at India , we not only take loans but give loans too like Srilanka, Bhutan, Myanmar some African countries and South American countries.
