Firstly, she shouldn’t have performed the surgery on a hunch.

Second, if Rishabh was there from the start why did he not say anything in the beginning, why is he reprimanding her after the surgery

Probably she started to operate and later he came. I'm just presuming as clearly nothing was shown regarding this.

For my own sanity then I will just assume that he stepped in midway during the surgery.

For all the ‘follow rules’ lectures from Ishani, did she forget the rule of 1st year interns not performing surgery with supervision and consultation😆
