I remember, 2017 or before, I couldn't eat spicy or mirchi food at all, Kurkure bhi jhaal lagta tha bc.

But now I don't like bland food, and want my food to be spicy and hot.

I used to despise bland food earlier but I’m starting to enjoy the subtlety in taste more over the past couple of years. Still love my spicy food, but I can enjoy blander food now as well.

Can’t stand sweet paani puri still though, thats an abomination!
