I feel Imarti died of prolonged fever or wrong medication and Hanuman feels guilty for it because he had been taking care of her.

I think the interview was in the middle of an emotional scene. They were both teary eyed.

I think I should stop getting wonderstruck by the similarity of our thinking by now.

This is what struck me when I watched this video clip and I watched it once again just to confirm. And had I commented this would have been my comment too. Lol

Well she is sick then y he didnot take her to the hospital? She was crying in pain ..he should take her to emergency room ..instead of water compression..🤔
