I feel the love angle was brought in later..I remember talking about it with my friend that it's really refreshing to see such pure bond between two leads without any love angle.. it was like Babita had described as dard ka rishta .. they could empathize and feel each other's loneliness, challenges and be the family by a common thread ..their daughter.

No it's there I watched the episode yesterday...its episode 162...please check it plays when hanuman thinks that Babita will leave him and go with Ashok....

the way HS was developing feelings for her i guess love angle was supposed to be there. i feel the Imarti flashbacks are an afterward addition in order to enhance the "HS is moving on track" and it could work for better trp's. as an audience, i am okay with how they pulled off last week's episodes as they did not overdo it. Yes it is dramatic and it is going to be even more dramatic but this is the darkness before the first rays of the sun hit the ground. everything is going to be good.

In a way yes. I also decided to wait a bit before I wrote because my initial reaction was very critical and I don't want to offend anyone.

I am actually ok about the flashbacks, I think it was important for Minnie to see and hear more about Imarti. Like Ashok, this father of her's had a first love who wasn't her mother, but the circumstances are different. Imarti is not the second Meeta in Babita's life. Mother-daughter both need to see that.

I also think that being able to help and support someone who until now seemed to have it together, is going to be another way they both heal and feel a sense of importance. It will also reduce their feeling of ehsaan from HS and level the playing field.
