Kethki makes the most sense. Cause even when I first saw her, I did not think she really wanted to cause any MU between KalMa on purpose. But today she totally could have overheard the conversation between Malhar and Kalyani, and seen how much Malhar trusts her and decide that she has to make him distrust her in order for him to think Atul is involved.

And Anupriya, she always only gets half of it right. She is really scared of Kethki, but she thinks its because she will be the other women. But she is an actual danger to KalMa.
