It in my opinion is a dig at all the new gen actors. All of them take their craft a bit more serious than Akshay's generation and that for some reason triggers Akshay a lot..maybe coz he isn't wired to put in that extra effort for the love of the craft like them. Hence his saltiness towards them.

Why does Akki need even 2-3 days? 30 mins to 1 hr to get the make up done should be enough.

Hez been doing the same thing for 20-30 yrs now! What prep does he need?🤣🤣

Not all roles require months of training AK, esp. the roles that u do but it certainly takes sometime to get know and get into roles like Bajirao or Khilji. Esp. when you work with taskmaster like SLB who needs perfection. You need to be directed by SLB, that is your biggest punishment and you would understand. Give respect and take respect. You take lot of respect from Ranveer but you fail to give decent amount of dignity to him.

Both kinds are pretty bad kinds of actors IMO. One needs to take time to plan and understand their character but definitely not 2 to 3 months. Then they are plain stupid and wasting time. I also feel both kinds exaggerate. One wants to show they are natural and spontaneous other wants to show they are very dedicated and meticulous about their work.

Bas unchallenging roles karte raho aur paise kamate raho arrogant Akki ji ki tarah. 🙄🙄 Actors who devote that much time and effort to their characters are the ones who shine the most & are remembered for their iconic roles. But what would Akki know about that? He hasn't had a single iconic role in the last decade as Golden-dew pointed out.

He sounds sour for someone whose movies are doing well 😆 No need to diss other actors' way of approaching a character. He's starting to sound like his wife. Kinda snobbish 😆

Yeah I can’t believe he said it so openly. I mean obviously they feel this way about other actors and worse, but they act all saint in interviews. So surprising he openly called them idiots. Wow, so much superiority 👎🏼
