Saw the movie yesterday... and I agree that this is Hrithik’s best performance so far... no goofy awkwardness, I didn’t find the accent annoying, it fitted well... he looked totally in character and man the depth he put in his character... amazing amazing... he truly does deserve an award... I fee the movie could have been a wee bit shorter but nevertheless it was worth the watch...

Yes i agree that one film a year is a minimum

But i really dont agree when people crib about the gaps. This film was supposed to come earlier until kangana chased it like a rabid dog. And his personal problems and health issues are not a secret.

You dont pull performances like this out of a hat. They take preparations and alot of depth. Whatever he does takes time. He has 2 releases this yr as compensation as it were. So lets stop cribbing about the gaps

Super 30 Remains Steady In Third Weekend

Super 30 crossed the 125 crore nett mark after its third weekend as it collected over 12 crore nett in its third weekend. The film will beat the business of Gully Boy thanks mainly as it is doing better in mass centers maybe because of tax exemptions. The film is not doing good numbers in Hindi mass circuits but they are better than Gully Boy.

Super 30 has no chance of doing the Gully Boy numbers in Mumbai or Mysore but has already crossed the numbers of that film in CP Berar, Ci, Rajasthan and Bihar. The business in Delhi / UP and East Punjab will remain similar to Gully Boy or maybe just edge it out depending on the next week or so.

The film will finish in the 140 crore nett range and could even become the second highest NETT grosser for Hrithik Roshan beating the 141 crore nett of Bang Bang. The collections of Super 30 till date are as follows.

Week One - 75,58,00,000

Week Two - 37,85,00,000

Friday - 2,25,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 4,50,00,000 apprx

Sunday - 5,50,00,000 apprx

Third Weekend - 12,25,00,000 apprx

TOTAL - 1,25,68,00,000 apprx

Gully boy had more Urban look to it, with rap culture glorified. Youth were bound to come and added bonus of valentine's day.

I watched Gully Boy in Paris with a very good crowd.

Wow 125 cr...so it will reach 132 cr atleast by weekend.
