Can you please elaborate.

Currently we do get notification on new friend request. We will soon be starting email notification also.

I think it means friend counter like a counter to tell how many friends are there in the buddy list.

No there is no such option disabling viewing of others signature

Why can't we disable viewing signatures? Am gonna spam this psychedelic signature everywhere,cos other members have to suffer too.
