in past even in my company, we provided lunch & bfast ..but nowadays..one movie every month and 1 party in a every quarter only ...

Dang! Getting Samosas in tea break would be a dream come too 😊.My supervisor took our team to do bowling and laser tag recently but parties are not that frequent here. It's pretty cool that you get to go to movies once a month as a team.

For me, a few things make the employee productive and thoughtful about the company ...

1. Salary on Time

2. They need a leader who can inspire and appreciate their work ..

3. Good Leave policy

4.Time to time break from their hectic schedule

5. Increment as per their worth and hard work...

In my company mostly employee is old and myself completed the 15 years in the company, me my company both are 15 years old😆 ..we mostly hire fresher and trined them...

That's really amazing that you worked in a company for 15 years and train freshers 😊. I only started working last year. I would be so happy if I can survive in tech for that long and mentor others.

Company paid stays at five star hotels get tiring very fast when you haven't seen sunlight in days cuz you are always at the office 😆

experience walo ke nakhre bahaut hai isliye train the fresher ...jisko need hoti hai wo time dedication sab dikhata hai aur dusra jo aapke experienced log hai wo bhi insecure feel nahi karte 😉
