Utkarsh Gupta to play the lead in Sony TV’s Tara From Satara?

MUMBAI: Actor Utkarsh Gupta, who rose to fame with famous youth-based show Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, is most likely to make his comeback with Sony TV’s next.

TellyChakkar has learned that Utkarsh is in talks to play the male lead in Frames Production and Idearack Private Limited’s upcoming show Tara From Satara on Sony TV.

We also broke the news about popular and talented young actress Roshni Walia playing the female lead. If things fall into place, Utkarsh will be paired opposite Roshni in the show.

Meanwhile, Roshni, who is a fashion icon, will be seen in a non-glam look in the show. She will play a simple, small-town girl. The actress was seen as Ajabdeh in Bharat ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap.

Tara from Satara is the story of the Tara and her journey from being an aimless girl to finding a purpose in life. The show’s promo is already out, and it is expected to go on-air very soon.

Hebah Patel to lead cast of ‘Kahiin Toh Hoga’ reboot?

After the stomping success of the reboot of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, it seems Ekta Kapoor is keen to bring back another fiction ‘Kahiin Toh Hoga’.

BollywoodLife reports that the series is expected to return on ALTBalaji as a digital offering, which will have a feel of the original television show.

A source told the publication, “Just like the original TV series, which revolved around two primary characters (Kashish and Sujal) and their ego tussle amidst their love story, the plot of the digital series will be quite similar to the original one. However, the characters will be different.”

The report adds that ‘Kahiin Toh Hoga United’ is expected to star Hebah Patel, who belongs to the Telugu film industry. She is rumoured to have bag the role of Kaynaat.
