how to get rid of canker sore 😭 I m only able to eat/gulp oats, porridge and rice...

Just did salt rinse. dont hv guts to put salt directly on sore.

I know only about ghee and shor ( malai formed on top of milk)... works both for inside and outside mouth sore.

Inside me malai difficult hain. try ghee.

Take 2 tbsp of coriander seeds powder and boil it in half a glass of water. Drink only when its completely cooled.

I can only answer for myself . I am very introverted as a person so I can relate to Katrina's seemingly introverted nature. I don't think I mimic Katrina's personality in real life or even in this forum for that matter. Even in Kpop I follow the ones who give awkward/dorky vibes since I can relate to that.
