Sara is the most cunning star kid to have come out in recent times. She must be betting on Kartik to make it big eventually. Men in the film industry have to be grabbed early because it's not possible to get them once they become too rich and powerful. Most of them settle down early also - SRK, Aamir, Saif, Hrithik, Ranveer and many more - or they don't settle down at all like Salman.

If he flops out, she will dump him and move on. If he blows up, she can ride the wave with him and her life will be secure.
