On bold. Tell me, when was the last film where Amir’s female lead was appreciated for her role? Every other character (friend/student/daughter) can have a good role in Amir’s movie, but not his female lead.

Recent (last decade’s) Salman’s movies have not much scope for heroine. But earlier it was not. Aishwarya gained from her role in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Same year, Sonali acted with Amir in hit film Sarfarosh. But she could not gain much. Same thing for Gracy Singh in Lagaan.

After Raja Hindustani (1996), Amir’s movie did not have much to offer to his leading lady. Dil Chahta Hei and 3 Idiot was little better (that is the maximum, Amir Khan movies can offer).

Ki farak padta hai. Aamir & Salman movies still go onto collect enough to be declared as blockbusters & dp survived 12 yrs in industry too without having Signed a movie with them

That's an exaggeration imo.

Ghajni: Asin was highly praised and got her breakthrough role in BW.

Fanah: Kajol

Dangal: All four girls

Talash: Kareena. It definitely diversified her filmography and got praised for it also.

Secret Superstar: Zaira Wasim

Only ToH and Dhoom 3 are the movies where he was pretty much hogging the screen. And these are YRF masala entertainers.

In pK also, Anushka had almost equal screen time.

RDB, 3 idiots, and DCH were multi-starrers. And Aamir being the more popular one, obviously will get more attention.

Lol What? 😂😂 Are you taking about the 80s and 90s wala Aamir? When everyone in BW used to over act? 😂

I seriously recommend that you watch Dangal to know Aamir's prowess as an actor. I think he's better than SRK right now.

You've mentioned the new ones but even in the old ones like Dil, Raja Hindustani, Rangeela, Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi, Qayamat se Qayamt tak, Akele Hum Akele Tum, etc. the female roles were strong and had equal screen time.

Deepika is just not good enough to be casted by Aamir. Simple as that. I dislike Anushka but even she's a better actress than DP.

What did Kareena gain from Talaash & Anushka from PK, Jiya/Asin from Ghazini? (Asin was popular in South. People cheered her for her Bollywood entry. But she did not gain much. Just like Gracy Singh, she could not establish herself).

Fatima and Sania were the female leads of Dangal just as Aamir was the male lead. Sakshi Tanwar was a suporting actress. Also, you don't have to "gain" something always by being a strong female lead. What did Kajol gain by having a strong role in Fanaa?
