The marriage wont be cancelled so I think sadia will be out of hospital soon so she can attend zubi shaadi. Its possible The baby thing is cleared before the wedding. All are trashy expect sadia and her mother in law. I don't think they is any social msg. Martial rape is being underplayed in the show, Its disturbing.
