I absolutely loved how they dealt with all the characters after the leap.. Everyone was fully redeemed without any whitewashing.. but after they have paid for their deeds..

Absolutely. They took time to make all characters see where they went wrong. Even whem they were showing characters at their worst, their conversations were meaningful. Ish's self doubts were beautifully portrayed in het conversations with Mamaji. Dev's helplessness to deal with consequences of his actions was convincing that no matter what he did, he was hurting badly. That's why when he poured it all on Sona's engagement, I felt for his struggle. That show truly showed shades of our own flaws & throughts & how our lives can be affected if we get trapped in it. None of them villains but prisoners of their own view points & ego. Ish wasn't bad but her obsession with her son was much bigger than her rational thought process. Dev wasn't bad but the haunting childhood & his mother's struggles to make him successful clouded his love for a woman he loved from the depth of his heart.

Indeed a classic.

There cant ever be any comparison between kuchh rang and KZK. Poles apart absolutely.... Sona was a flawless character who never accepted shit from anyone and wouldn't ever lose her dignity. One dialogue from ishwari after Sona solved khatri issue and wholefamily was invited for dinner and ishwari confessed saying "main tumhe samajh hi nahi payi tum wo ladki ho jo doosron ki izzat karti ho lekin apni beizzati bardasht nahi kar sakti" summed up Sona' s character.

While Dev was a complex character for whom his mother was everything but he detached from her once Sona left him. Everyone was redeemed later nicely including Maami and that was the beauty of kuchh rang. Hats off to the writers there.

AnuPre are very different from devakshi and both have their own charm. But yes here the leads are butchered to glorify the so called iconic characters. Sad very very sad😒

The only consistent thing about AnuPre's characters is that they can't let each other go and they can't bear to see someone else with their beloved.Everything else about their characters changes according to story's convenience.This is the real reason why Prerna came to BB after AnuLika wedding the child and sindoor marriage was just an excuse bcoz at BB other than throwing sassy remarks here and there and stopping AnuLika honeymoon she didn't do much.She just talked about teaching him a lesson and taking revenge,but in reality all her energy was focused on trying to understand why he betrayed her and hating his closeness with Komolika.Now they r going to show the same for Anurag,with the pregnancy being an excuse to keep him in her life everyday.

Also I don't understand even Prerna ruined AnuLika's honeymoon and she stayed in BB against everyone's wishes,if Anurag following them to Swiss is stalking,surely Prerna staying in BB against the Basu's wishes would amount to harassment?Also Prerna is as enthusiastic about her marriage to Bajaj as Anurag was about his marriage to Komolika.And if Prerna hadn't intervened he would've still been enslaved to Komolika same goes for Anurag.The story won't move forward if Anurag doesn't interfere in PreJaj's married life.If Anurag leaves Prerna alone now,the story won't move forward.So this "stalking" is needed.Also the CVS had to give Prerna an excuse to come to BB and interfere in AnuLika's life.If they'd shown as unmarried and non pregnant Pre interfering in a married couple's life the audience would've responded negatively.But the TRP audience loves an intense lover who would fight to keep his lady love,which is why this angry and hurt Anurag might just work plus now there's a child involved so Anurag isnt leaving Pre anytime soon.BTW is it just me or the promo is giving Dhadkan feels?

@bold - flashbacks... that was they day when Ishwari Dixit was fully redeemed.. including Dev.. they both realised and admitted their mistakes.. even apologised for it..
