Contrary to popular comments, PC actually started looking younger since she started dating Nick and since the puffiness of her face wore off. Doctor ne last time jo bhi kiya bohat achcha kiya. Todays lean faced PC looks 5 years younger than the PC of BW.

Most of the olden days actresses were also too mature looking for their age. Katrina, DP, PC etc looked older than their actual age during their debut.

In the 80s and 90s it would have been mostly due to the hairstyles, I think.

Yes, the current lot of heroines seem to age faster than those decades older than them. Waheeda Rahman, Asha Parekh, Jaya Prada, Sharmila Tagore look naturally fabulous for their age.

I used to think Aishwarya and Deepika gorgeous in their prime, but they are both aging badly. This era actresses also get more work done on their faces yet look bad. For example, Anushka after her surgery looks way older than her debut film, Karishma etc. Urmila, Aditi look good. Even Janhavi despite being younger looks bad because of the surgeries, her face has lost its natural charm and youthful glow.
