I think because of the intellect difference bajaj would be FORCED to ditch Prerna. The point where she stops thinking, is the point where bajaj starts thinking.😆

Jokes apart, I if the character arc of Prerna is going to be the same as it is now, I would be shocked if Bajaj doesn't ditch her. That would be something completely out of his character. Right now though amused by Prerna's loyalty, he also grudgingly respects it. It's a complete contrast from his world, where almost everything is fickle. But the moment he would realize that that's the only dimension of Prerna's character, and she has nothing more to offer, he will yawn, stretch and move to greener pastures without even sparing her a glance backwards.
