I think vo shoot Wala scene of malhar is taking place at that vat savithri area no .i think kallu fear something might happen to mallu and kept brat.then at vat savithri area some shoot out like that also can happen they can also have malhar injured for more drama.in hospital case kallu is in blue gown which means it is continuation of ME sequence only.vrat comes after.
