I don't think they are going to use pregnancy card now, they undid their marriage so they deffo won't keep anything related to that track and more over audience sympathy will be with Anurag this time as he didn't pushed Pre to marry B by insulting or humiliating her, and pregnancy will give Anurag reasons to fight back claiming rights which I don't see happening.
