Early morning I came in and saw an email from a colleague which put my mood off. told them which acct to charge and all clearly a day before and still asking do I need to do that?? And another acct staff and another dept shooting emails here and there fighting in email putting the entire world in the loop feel like throwing my dustbin on their head just now and my boss asked me to calm down and reply them firmly and give them the detail once more.... hiring millennial at work place is completely utter rubbish I feel at times.. they dont want to learn but they want all details sent to them and feed them like babies.. haiz

Tell me about it Haseena 🤪if nothing else, with time it teaches to cloak emotions and gain tons of patience (forget the fact that one starts to feel like a patient,in the process 😆) the tolerance level wanes rapidly especially if multitasking , testing sufferance & composure..did you say dustbin 😆?? Trash the debris, silently..after all cleanliness is next to godliness, you are being environment friendly 🤣

Earlier I feel like kicking their asses off, one of the Payable team wants to clarify the transaction with these General Ledger team , and this specific trash from GL is not replying her saying she is too busy and bla bla bla. When I walked over to see what is bothering her she is playing in her Instagram i was like what the hell... I calm down myself and asked her to reply the email as the other team waiting to release payment she yet reply me I will do later but no time frame given. now I given reply including my boss I want the transaction cleared before 5pm today as we are Fortune 500 company and we have payment policy... One wants to work and deliver her task another sitting here and delaying everyone's work. If there is no HR and policy I would have thrown them out long ago😈

good one dear, imagine reading books during working hours ignoring emails which require immediate action and sometimes sitting in office till late evening. Once my Jnr staff asked her if she have pending task she replied No just sitting here because got Aircond and if I go now will get stuck in traffic so let me relax here 👏😲
