Well, not just of IF, but in general if you have doubt, you can hover the mouse on it and the link will be shown at the bottom right corner. Another option is to copy the link address by right clicking and paste it yourself in the browser or any editor and check the complete address first.

But I am in mobile so how should I check in mobile whether that link is safe or not
