This is fake news for sure. Reem is fairly close to the producers and CVS of the THR. This is a relatively new production house not like Balaji Telefilms or something. Also, Reem has achieving a LOT of success with this show, she is not going to quit anytime soon. And I don't think it's an issue of steamy scenes - Reem said it in and interview herself that she doesn't mind kissing her on-screen co-star. I think it's time for contract renegotiations cause the show will be completing one year soon. And don't forget that the production house and actors themselves circulate fake news to increase their TRP ratings.

But they don't need to do that.because trp is top on list without any drama.b

It is written in the article that Reem is not keen to leave the show. So they will find a way in the middle.

So the show will see a doom day if any of the leads would leave the show.

I also think that it's not about not ready to do steamy scenes type of objection, she herself told she don't mind kissing on screen & i think her parents too are liberal on this point. So it seems it's about renewing the contract hence trying to increase the salary while renewing it. Also other condition could be that she won't play a mother to a 5-6 year old child if the show takes a leap in between the next 1 year contract.
