That's the main point. As someone said, if any one of them refuses to accept the marriage, it's not valid anymore. And Bajaj will definitely make sure that Prerna and his marriage (if it's happening) is 100% legal.

Komo has all rights to put legal case if Anu married pre without divorce. For now everyone things komo died so Anu can marry pre legally unless komo shows up during wedding.

She'll definitely appear or at least the news of her being alive will stop the marriage. But I don't think they'll even reach the aisle and Bajaj-Prerna will be married already.

I just hope they handle this track properly.. I dont want Pre to be legally married to RB but consider herself married to AB as well.. If there is a deal and she takes it up, then she better makes her mind up either Mrs Bajaj or Mrs Basu not Mrs JaSu! They have made enough mockery of marriages, pregnancy, sindur and devi maa anyway..
