I think Mr.bajaj is son or grandson of anu's nana (other side) which no one knows about it. May be Mr.bajaj is teen at that tym when Moloy basu is taking over Anu's nana business.

So Mr.bajaj knows Moloy's business from starting days

When Komo came to Mr. bajaj gave all info which he can hurt them personally - same way where Moloy did

So his target is Prerna (Moloy's best friend + same person who worked for moloy +this friendship cost Mr.bajaj childhood gone)
