Its very easy dear..

Take samolina

Add dahi/ yogurt

N add water to make better consistency like idli.

Add crushed green chillies n ginger N mix

Put it aside for 15-20 mins

Then add 1 teaspoon eno n a little water on it to make it bubble n whisk the better properly

Then steam it.

Dhokla is done..😁

You can make rava idlis too by this method.

You can add tempering in the better or at last after dhokla is done
