What will be BW's next obsession after historicals?

I think BW has already over-done romance, comedy and remakes. I don't know what else is left now 😆

The love for historicals will continue.

I see fantasy gaining serious attention in the near future. Mahabharat and The Immortals of Meluha movies might spawn a Hindu Pantheon Universe.

Horror will emerge as a dark horse. And I mean serious, atmospheric, and gritty horror; not softcore por n branded as horror.

"Small-town movies" of the Khurrana pedigree will become a mainstream genre.

I'm not sure, but I do think the number of female-lead/all-female cast movies will spike. It won't be an obsession though.

This was in the poll choices but KJo's horror film with Vicky is pure horror not horror-comedy.

Good one! Definitely will happen. Rakesh Sharma, Jaya Lalitha, Shakuntala Devi, Madhubala, etc. are all signs of things to come.

Poll choices are not visible. 😐 There is some glitch.

Kjo in some interview was going on and on about horror-comedy. Thought Vicky's next is a horror-comedy because he was full of praise for that genre.He will definitely do something in that genre. If Akki's Laxmi Bomb does well, it will propel more producers to join the bandwagon.

Horror and I won't mind it as m horror genre lover

I'd love a fantasy franchise. Kinda like Harry Potter or Lord of the rings.
