I was expressing my astonishment over the poll results because I've seen the standards for judging acting skills here. 😂 Ranveer lost against one-expression Varun and Alia is considered an overrated actress when compared to the likes of Kriti, Disha etc. I've seen numerous other polls here where actors who are lauded by critics and audiences have faired poorly and some of those results were just ridiculous.

Salman has been in the business for more than 30 years and his acting skills are just getting worse with time. Ranveer has shown a lot of versatility (and continues to do so) in a career spanning just 9 years.

I understand your point .. But as someone already said, that Hrithik is not a Varun, Disha, tiger or Kriti, he has a versatile filmography too, infact more versatile than Ranveer if you look back. Yes a long career does not mean that they can all be great actors but since it was a comparison between Hrithik and Ranveer that is why i mentioned about the time span because Hrithik competed with the mighty Khans and indeed is a superstar only because he can ACT, Ranveer is competing with Varun, Tiger, Ranbir and as you said that Varun is one expression guy (according to you) and therefore it is easier to be popular in this case.

Though I like Hrithik .... But I find Ranveer better performer then him ... Esp currently....

True, I don't have anything against Hrithik but I just think that Ranveer is the better actor currently.

YRF desperately needs big hits. I really think they should consider Dhoom series with HR/John. I can only imagine Ranveer may fit but i don't see any new gen or khans pulling off a Dhoom.

Before that, HR-Tiger movie has huge potential too, i really hope it is a money maker and something very entertaining for the fans. Hrithik does such fighter-dancer characters so well that i have huge expectations from this one.

So you're saying that Ranveer is considered the best actor right now because he has no competition? 😅 Ranbir is his contemporary and considered by his fans to be the best actor, Aamir is still on top of his game, Vicky Kaushal, Rajkumar Rao etc. are all doing great work both acting wise and commercially so how can you say that Ranveer has no competition and that's why he's being considered so great? 😅😅 Fyi the Khans are also still in the picture and Salman is still ruling the industry.

You're just putting down Ranveer, that's all. He deserves all the success and popularity he's getting right now because he's earned it with his his film choices, acting skills and versatility.

Actually both are versatile.

Ranveer for me anytime.

I think HR is very good too. and good looking.

Just Ranveer is more versatile than any BW actor.. and has huge range.

Ranveer. There shouldn’t even be a comparison as the choice is obvious. For Dhoom2, I do find hr a better choice. But overall, Ranveer is much more ahead when it comes to acting. When I think of hr acting, all I remember is his nostrils moving 🤔 And when I think deep to remember hr acting, then I remember agneepath where I liked him. But other than that movie, never liked his performance as all looked artificial and in few I liked the characters than the actor. But Ranveer is natural in acting. He doesn’t look artificial. So Ranveer is the best actor and way ahead.
