I don't think half of the people who call him those names have watched s2 episodes. They judge Anurag 2.0 based on the actions of Anurag 1.0. If they think he is a sissy this season then surely we are not watching the same show. He respects his mother and hears her advice but at the end of the day he does his own thing.

People still stuck in season-1 and shipping the ship which is non existent and writing pages defending that ship, so calling Anurag names based on season-1 isn't surprising at all😆
