And in Baandi, wasn't the overall theme totally different and that burn thing happened way later?

This one's exclusively about a girl's journey after she gets attacked and how she survives in the society..

Good to see a different cast. OKB and Sohai look cute together here. Nice to see everyone playing different roles. Maybe not OKB.

Baandi, yes it was Kerosene and Lashkara barely had TRPs. I remember reading on facebook that the show was getting 1.0-1.1 TRP in its first few episodes and fell to 0.5-0.7 later.

lashkara was really boring...but still same story thi

Lashkara took like forever to get to the acid attack and Ushna's mental trauma and etc was not shown in the serial either. Such a boring show (in US they shifted it to 6PM on Sundays cause the ratings were so low)

This show will focus on more mental trauma and aftermath of a acid attack survivor.
