This is a hoax, the photo's background is of a dessert scene NOT on the streets of Mumbai (maybe not even in India). Give the police a little more credit, please. I think more than to harm the movie this was done to ridicule the police.

If there had been an incident a lot of camera phones and people who saw it would have posted, they had a whole hour "operation"...these two are obviously in costume mode and looking confused as hell, they just needed a little sign with and arrow pointing: saying "we are terrorists" "arrest us".
