Though it's a Islamic country, they don't religiously fast. They had cooking competition n they eat. Also who will hv so much energy during this fasting days to keep jumping. Here in kuwait, ppl find difficult to come for normal work sply last 10 days. They r sleep deprived + fasting. I am very much sure, those who participate in that show don't fast.
