They are not. He gets attracted to them first and then makes them attract towards him using his narcissistic charm and casanova talents ingrained in him gifted by the genes of his legendary grandpa. He gives attention to them SO MUCH while he is in love with them that they get manipulated to the extent they think they are his life partner and he stays such whole life but it is all just temp lust as soon as he loses it he doesn't care about them which hurts since they lose trust on the belief.

NOT ALL GIRLS AND WOMEN get attracted to him. I don't see what is so great about him. I don't find him or any thing about him attractive. He is too soft and not at all manly for my taste. As much as i hate Salman's outlook and statements, i still find him attractive. SRK as well for his intelligence. Aamir for his simplicity and Ranveer for his cute innocence. I even find Rajkumar Rao more attractive. Vicky and Ayushman too. But sorry Ranbir is too bland.

Well Ranbir can speak, besides every other factor like popular, Kapoor scion and all, he can talk well.Looks ka kiya hai, kisi ko Ranbir hot lagta hai, kisi ko chusa huwa aam.

When Ranveer is in serious mode he talks far well than him which is what impressed Deepika along with his emotional capabilities
