Haaaye haaye.. What are you asking for.. Not necessarily Anurag that's the default expectation from the wives who take their husbands to their birth place.. To cover up for their dignity and take care of their reputation and keep the respect intact among their siblings and parents.. I remember there was a funny debate discussion on how difficult the women's festivals at their mother place can get and how their moments can get ruined amidst so many drama to keep the wife's duties and son-in-law's respect among their side relatives.. There are definitely exceptions but majority fall in this category..😆

You have every right to ship Prerna with whomever you want. My point was this is Anurag and Prerna's love story as said by the makers themselves.If they are going to show other love stories, it is not going to be the same show..better make it a new show then . Bajaj is also coming from the same people who gave us Anurag..so not sure how much sense the character will make.

Of course he has the responsibility and that's why he has to set the expectations right and we should also know what to expect from him.. How many of the mothers when marrying of their daughters lists down some do's and dont's in their in-laws house or even set some expectations without actually wording it out explicitly by seeing the societal norms..But have we seen any expectations set from the boy on his do's and dont's instead it's all about how he should be treated in the bride's house..

And I would see this more to do with the difference in everyday handling and occasional handling.. Look how Anupam is treated in his in-laws house.. Does Nivi even bother about it?!😆

Anyway That's the patriarchal practices that we follow and it's slowly very very slowly changing.. And the nuclear families are devoid of these issues.. Both visit their respective in-laws house occasionally and so they maintain their bond well without butchering.. But yeah it has its own advantage and disadvantage..😉

Exactly however good Mr. Scooter turns out to be, if they can keep the Anu-Pre connection and love intact then it has to be them.. Let's see what basis they're gonna have to force Mr. B on us.. 😉
