I definately feel his body is not meant for weight gain thats why he said he cant easily put on weight and for Sanju he had to wake up in the night and eat. But yeah these things change when you get older those blessed with high metabolic rates realise that they start gaining weight. This doesn't suit him since the last few years its like his head has become literally huge.
