No one in India shows any kind of excitement seeing their L'Oreal ads. That's the fact. L'Oreal is just another brand to janta. Both L'Oreal and their celebs get max attention during Cannes. Cannes khatam toh kaika L'Oreal, Kaika Vistara, Kaika Bahurani.
Kitni baar kahun, it's not about the brand it's about the event. And right now Chopard holds more power at Cannes than L'Oreal. Jaise Met gala pe jo jo celebs bade bade designers ko represent karenge, unke bhau uss party mein chote designers ke guests se zyada.

Some People nowadays!! Way too dramatic. Loreal always promotes their celebrities is the same way only. Yes last time they had more photoshoots during the day but apart from that everything else seems the same. They never post too much abt Cannes either on their official page.. I followed their page last time and they have kind of the exact no of pics and videos like this time too. As far as RC is concerned, both deepika and aiswarya got a lot of coverage in terms of both photos and videos.

Their reach is not for the masses and they can never penetrate the market even if they do 100 ad campaigns in India because the people who can afford the products are aware of them alteady. And it is the masses who will buy products when endorsed by their fave stars not the rich high society folks. Chopard is expensive and the people who can afford their products are aware of them. No Sonam or other star can increase the reach because the price limit their reach. Mac has been around for ages in India too yet it is L'oreal, Maybelline Lakme who still dominate the market. You clearly have no idea how markets work in India.
