The rich dont factor in the general reach at all. Compared to Loreal Chopard's reach is in the negative in the Indian markets. Forget the jewellery space cause that's mostly traditional,watches space is on request and cover top brass. I don't wanna give a marketing consumer survey 101 here but reach is negligible when only a few can access it. That's basics of a consumer survey.
Luxury brands don't really target general consumers. As i said before, their market will expand. They haven't done any campaign like L'Oreal in India yet.
