After kalank I don't think karan will take any risk with takht just to please his beti. Kareena has an amazing role but she will still have less screen space than alia. But alia wont have better role than vicky and ranveer.

As per screen space its gonna be

Vicky-ranveer > Alia > kareena

PC played kashibai who may have been a second fiddle but she was very important in the movie. Her character was also very well written, she had some of the best dialogues in the movie. For example, when she’s talking about Radha and Krishna, not only is her acting on point but the dialogue connected so well with the scenario in the movie.

More than the length, the character has to be well written so that it connects and creates an impression to the audience. Rest is up to the actor to make sure they do justice to the character.
