A housewarming is so much more intimate than a birthday party in a club. So that was the perfect opportunity to invite her and he didn’t. They are now good coworkers but still not friends.

I dont think he will have a housewarming party. After the tragic loss of his father he will probably do something small with his mom.

Parth is actually 29. He is in crap with Vikas..fooling everyone about Erica. I hate Losty, but they are all in it together. Who is he fooling posting pic saying Manik and throwback kyy. It's pic from when he went to Ahemdabad months after kyy3 and he is wearing Vikas's jacket in that pic. Vikas has been spotted wearing his grey hoodie and Erica even teases them about sharing clothes. He publicly made up with Vikas last year May but actually he was seen in Vikas live chat a year before that in May, and then he had a pic with him while he was shooting kyy3 in March. So, it's all a thing to show to public. Keep fandoms running...
