Non of them are nice they're rather grey shades not villains but aren't we all? Non of us are nice even if we try to be white we can't be... Same with all these actors as well.

Well I believe no one is perfect. Villain could be someone who killed someone for example, Salman and Saif, for their crimes. Also those who were involved like Sonali Bendre etc with it.
