After the three film deal is over they do let their talents sign other movies. The contract is for three films only. After that they are free to sign movies of other PH.

I agree they did suggest Ps, weight loss to Vaani and Pari but that is something suggested to almost everyone who joins bw. Even DP in some interview said someone in bw asked her to get a boob job at the begining of her career but she gave no heed to the advice.

I'm not saying they are the best but my comment was directed at people who bash kjo for what he does for Alia yet want Adi to be like him.

because everyone wants to become what they hate 😆

actually no. I dont think adi should be like karan personally. not sure about others. I am talking about mentorship! not givng films on a platter and snatching opportunties from others!

Pari is gadhi. Her career issues are her own doing.

Bhumi is getting movies, why can't Pari? Coz Pari went on a whole different tirade. Even now, if she gets half as motivated, she can do it. But alas.. 🥱

Pari got demotivated BECAUSE she saw the kind of films she was getting, compared to her contemporaries - and THAT is also a factor in people starting to be lacklustre.. they lose the self belief and the drive-if they see they get subpar movies/scripts/roles and others get cream of the best stuff available.

Pari probably felt 'shafted' when she was given half baked roles.. and started giving half-hearted performances.

I am sure if she gets a good roles , a good script... you will see the same drive coming back.- Her 'retirement' was also because of that- as she felt underused.

Can all deliver great if they get a GOOD script.. a good role.

Adi is not supervising enough the YRF 'Talent' division and the people there do a half-arsed job..

I looked earlier at how the career of the YRF launched talent was going and every movie they did after the debut was either okay or bad. ..rarely a good film as follow up.

Seems they just throw stuff out and see what sticks.

Approach should be more methodical, more professional- considering some people take money to ..supposedly, 'support' and 'advice' these new stars.

she rejected Piku, yeah she wasn't getting good roles 😆
