Hahaha Nithya I asked my daughter hows the exam and she like okay... usually exam weeks I let them do the exam and come home to tell me about it I wont pressure them with any questions. let the result come out and speak later... 😉

Mostly I will pack my leftover dinners for my lunch as I will eat light food at dinner like salad or fruits. If I am lazy I will go to the near by restaurants and grab something. There is alot of sandwich bars and food around here so no worries about food. Another reason why I put on lots of weight in the past years😳😳😳.

Not enuf of that we always have some good team mates buy us cupcakes , donuts , cakes and etc if the team achieve something soo loosing weight is always on my priority but I just cant do with these things around mee😆😆😆

Great way of going about 😃, usually parents overwhelm children with unreasonable expectations best support a parent can give is create a scheduled stress free environment at home with happy meals & happier de stressing conversations ..after all happy & healthy kids are more important than any exams.. wishing all the luck 😛
