i had only added one with smile texture layer on it
and i saved as it is i don't change settings
is it coz size is big?

😕

Yes! The size can be a problem aswell. Nome of the gif makers are creating big sized gifs. The coloring you did was not enough. You some psds on your coloring and just mix them together.. canyou take a screenshot of the scene and send it to me? I will try myself what I can do. Just dont give up.. for some scenes I even took days to select the right coloring.. check my last gif on my siggybox.. it took me days to create that gif just because of the coloring

Thank you so much guys for your patience😳

As I can see. Most people using the general settings for saving the GIFs but sometimes other settings are better than the normal settings. I mostly use "Adaptive" and "Diffussion" for my gifs but when the GIF looks noisy for me I first choose "Selective" and "No Dither" just to see if it makes the gif look good. Diffussion is another word for "noisy" for me so none of the GIFs will look completely perfect without noise but however you can reduce noise with the help of the coloring and the settings.

For example this GIF:

I tried so many coloring for this one.. tried many gifs.. added textures.. but nothing worked than one coloring but then when I clicked on saving the gif it looks really noisy then I tried "No Dither" than "Diffusion".. For me the face is the most important part of the gif. If the face looks perfect then the gif is perfect for me. Look at the background of the gif., how does it look for you? This is not the kinda noisy effect you see on gifs when you save your gifs with "Pattern" or "Diffussion" this is different. It's like photoshop didn't merge / mix up the colors together so it looks like this but STILL it looked better than the normal settings so I saved it like this.

This topic is really something weird and confusing.. it's like the gif looks like the mood of photoshop😆 if photoshop's mood off the gif looks off aswell😆 but still you can save the gif from noise. Don't think of adding textures guys! I am creating gifs since ages and from my experience: textures are making the gifs look even worse! For a beginner.. only use colorings! I'll give a sample on next post in a few minutes :)
