A strong person never harasses other people.
A strong person owns up to their mistakes and tries to correct them.
A strong person doesn't blame others and try to find excuses for their failure.
Let us not insult strong people, by calling Kangana's actions in recent times strong lady like.

I used to like Kangana's idea of being a independent star, not depending on male superstars for hits(yes my fab movie film star does that, still true is true) by selling out and getting tiny roles. That was an awesome approach for her. I don't personally every one has to follow that, because if females stop doing movies just because their role is small, than it is also a being unfair to scripts which are purely hero based.
Still Kangu's plan was cool, she didn't wanted a male to eat up the whole screen time, and not allowing his supporting cast get screen time. So wanted to do movies where she will be a significant part, and not just filler. Cool, but when now she is doing the same thing she hated about these male stars, aka cutting other people roles, so gets the full limelight.
So what is the difference now?? You are doing the same thing you hated. You wanted to bring change, but you have become what you hated. So what is the whole point of this stand??
When in power, you are gonna do the same as others.
In a movie you were Rani Laxmi Bai saying, ''You want Jhansi, because you wanna rule, I want Jhansi, because I wanna serve''.
But in real life, you are like British, who when given power, will do the same which you wanted to change when you didn't had the power.

I wrote this kinda medium sized post and than read your post just after posting and realized yeah you're right, why did I wasted my time.
Maroon boy, sometimes gives good advice (but I don't think I can take this advice and fulfill it, as man loving arguments and dogs' tail don't change).

In the beginning of Kangana-Hritik saga, Vidya Balan once commented.
She had only seen pativrata woman speaking up for their husbands. It is a refreshing change to see a woman speaking up for herself.
Does that mean she supported Kangana over Hritik? She just noted a change in trend, being a female.

Similarly, Sushmita. She had also dreamed of making a film on Rani Lakshmibai. Had spent three years in making script etc. She was the producer and director from the beginning. But the film could not take off due to financial reasons. She is imagining Kangana in her shoes (doing everything all alone).
But unlike her, Kangana had outsourced lot of jobs to others. Got script from somebody, got funded by somebody, got most of it directed by somebody before she took in charge.

Sushmita might or might not know the controversies. Or she may not have found it relevant to discuss that in that event. Her pet project got materialised through someone and she is happy about it. That's all.

But, why are people not raising eyebrows over her seemingly predatory practice?

Clearly, 43 years old famous woman is using her clout n power over that struggling 28 years old male model. Dont tell its "love". I dont buy it. Will it come under casting couch?

Somebody needs to do a #MeToo in Modelling field. Most male models are exploited by both men and women there.

they're dating though, so it is not like she is exploiting him.
