If Mishti and Pari are with Sandhya then it means that Sandhya will most likely be cold towards Mishti too. I think that will make Mishti be against Sandhya... but then again nothing might happen and we might be hoping for too much with Gajra.

They must have some kind of importance. It means in the future either Mauli will get close to Kunal, or she won't despite her feelings for him. In both cases it means Mauli has feelings for Kunal. If she didn't, the writers wouldn't need to write that line for Ishaan.
