Here was a girl who he did not remember at all and who was being proved as characterless by his MOTHER. So he agreed. But he went with Bella because his gut feeling told him that marrying Vish was wrong.

But now he knows Bella has a side to her story. He has seen her concern for him. He will not marry any girl so easily. He will think that Bella died when she fell off the cliff and so he will agree for marriage.

The only thing that I did not like was Mahir asking Vish to come to his room before their marriage. That was wrong of him. Otherwise he was being manipulated.

Mahir doesn't have to call Bella. She was always there by his bedside.

When he was old Mahir even he searched for Bella in his sleep. He got restless when Bella was not there as she was attending to Juhi. Mahir was calling for Bella. Bella had to comfort him and said not to worry as she is going nowhere.
