Di in previous thread i was exactly saying same. International series can never be compared with itv naagin, daayans. Maine vaha pe bhi yahi bola tha concept is the main problem in itv supernatural show. They only have same ghisi piti story of a girl is taking revenge for killing either parents or husband n then fall in love with same guy whom she is taking revenge.

I have watched harry potter series, GoT, riverdale, stranger things, they all are fantasy-supernatural-thriller based show but man they have sense vali story due to which people hook on to them.

Shabla di you should watch GoT if you are a fan of fantasy genre. Though it has many po*n scenes but you will definitely gonna like it.

@kiru that's what I am worried of. If u observe the society all these beliefs are coming back. The very same beliefs a generation fought. See the show Tantra. It's going into black magic realm. How sick it will be if people start believing in such things.

it is not even religion that sells in India but blind faith. The black magic.. the naagins.. the stupid inhuman stuff sells because people really wanna blindly trust something which doesn't make them stand out or use their brains. Andha Dhun Chaal we call it.

Putting blame on others become easier for them. Many still believe that you can do blind magic in real. Ask them. Praying a human above themselves is norm. They will blindly follow some Babaji but won't be human enough to stranger. Same things apply to entertainment. They will see a Naagin fighting with eagle or something but they won't see real human emotions. It makes them see inside themselves. See how cruel and flowed they are. Supernatural has become an escape mechanism to all.

Hey Kiru!!

Don't ask me yaar.. Today was supposed to be a good day.

I went to Armaan Malik live but can't enjoy it fully though it really helped me to forget sad things for some time. But even in that lively environment all i was talking to my friends was that thank god we get atleast 1 hour episodes next week.

@alizia that's the problem. Spiritual aspect of religion is not taken into. Blind faith is propogated. people have problems with Siya ke Ram, now Radhakrishna. People dont understand our mythology propogates humanity over any ritual and tradition. It tells if any ritual or tradition comes in the way of humanity then that ritual or tradition has to be changed. As long as any mytho story adhers to the principal of humanity I am all for that perspective.

I was watching Radhakrishna in which Krishna tells everyone wants change, but why some succeed and others dont. Reason to change something, u have to be fearless. You have to work to create the world of your dreams, not get tied by the limitations of the already existing world. Most people prefer the latter. Let it be within the limits of existing world. Why create disruption.
