About La's infertility - She could have found out about it during her regular gynac visit...but that's too mundane lol...I had speculated in the past that she may have had a botched abortion, after which the doc must have told her that she can bear a child. Although it's a sad truth, she is using this to her benefit in swaying Khushi and playing a victim in the given circumstances.

I guess, Arnav helping himself and helping La inadvertently, relates to Sahil and ARC. Arnav not sharing it with Khushi means, he was somehow trying to protect Khushi.

@EC, P and G: I think, La's gynecological issues/how she found out about her infertility were also related to Sahil.
