1) Marijuana is certainly part of our culture. It's called BHAANG. It's related to the supreme God Shiv Ji and people consume it publicly on many festivals.

2) Marijuana is natural. It's a plant. It's got 100s of medicinal benefits and has been able to cure or control many ailments including chronic pain, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, anxiety and many many more.

3) Marijuana used for personal consumption is legal in many countries from Canada, Australia, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, US(Not all states) and 10s of other countries.

4) It's safer & cleaner than both Alcohol & Tobacco which is legal through the world due to strong lobbies.

Uday Chopra stated facts and Cannibas is bound to get legalized through the world sooner or later as more people lose their ignorance and realize the Advil you pop is a Drug, made in labs. Weed grows naturally, it's nowhere close to a Drug.

I don't think "It's a part of our culture" is a valid argument. But if alcohol, which is also an intoxicating substance, is legal then there is a case for weed. If at all, it is going to be the Supreme Court who's gonna take this step. Netagann se mujhe koi umeed nahi hai.

I never knew marijuana is a plant and a drug. I remember when I was a kid, I used to think heroin is misspelled and should be heroine instead. 😆

All this time I thought it was legal in India 😆 So whats in Bhang then?
